Shareholders of Southern States received 0.8 FB Financial ( FBK ) common share for each Southern States share, implying a deal value of $36.24 per Southern States share or a total of $368.4 million as of June 30, FB Financial ( FBK ) said.

Southern States' shares ceased trading after market close on Monday, FB Financial ( FBK ) said.
