FCPT Announces Acquisition of a First Watch Property for $2.8 Million

MILL VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Four Corners Property Trust ( FCPT ) , a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties (“FCPT” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of a First Watch property for $2.8 million. First Watch is a daytime dining restaurant chain serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with over 600 locations across 32 states. The property is located in a strong retail corridor in Wisconsin and is corporate-operated under a long-term triple net lease. The transaction was priced at a cap rate in range with previous FCPT transactions.
