Federal court enters agreement to restrict production of new Philips' sleep apnea devices

April 9 (Reuters) - A U.S. district court has entered

into what is known as a consent decree to restrict the

production and sale of Philips' new sleep apnea

machines and other devices at several facilities in the country

until certain requirements are met, the U.S. Food and Drug

Administration said on Tuesday.
