Bank of America ( BAC ) , JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) , Barclays ( BCS ) , Credit Suisse, which is now part of UBS (UBS), Deutsche Bank ( DB ) , Goldman Sachs ( GS ) , Morgan Stanley ( MS ) , NatWest ( NWG ) , Wells Fargo ( WFC ) and Citigroup ( C ) were all named as defendants in the case.
