Federal Realty Acquires Annapolis Town Center for $187 Million

08:27 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Federal Realty Investment Trust ( FRT ) said Monday that it acquired Annapolis Town Center in Annapolis, Maryland Friday for $187 million.

The town center includes 480,000 square-feet of open-air shopping, with stores such as Target, Whole Foods, Anthropologie, Sephora, Restoration Hardware and Williams Sonoma, the company said.
