FEMSA to Divest Plastics Solutions Operations for $158 Million

05:56 AM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV ( FMX ) , or FEMSA, said late Monday it agreed to divest its plastics solutions operations to AMMI for about 3.17 billion Mexican pesos ($158.3 million).

The deal is expected to close in the following months, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

Price: 98.01, Change: -0.37, Percent Change: -0.38
