07:45 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferguson (FERG) said Wednesday it has completed acquisitions of four businesses -- Southwest Geo-Solutions, AVCO Supply, GAR Engineering and Safe Step Tubs of Minnesota -- for an undisclosed sum.

In the fiscal year ending July 31, Ferguson said it has closed on eight acquisitions with a total yearly revenue of around $350 million.

Shares of Ferguson, a UK-based plumbing and heating products distributor, were 1% lower in premarket trading.
