08:39 AM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferguson Enterprises ( FERG ) said Tuesday it has closed the acquisitions of Gerster Equipment and United Water Works, bringing its total acquisitions to 10 in the fiscal year ended July 31.

Gerster distributes heating, ventilation and air conditioning brands Trane and Mitsubishi in Buffalo and Syracuse, New York while United Water Works distributes piping and water, storm and sewer products in the Orange County and greater Los Angeles areas, according to Ferguson.
