05:12 PM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferguson (FERG) said Tuesday it priced a $750 million public offering of 5% senior unsecured notes due 2034.

The company said the notes will be guaranteed by its Ferguson UK Holdings unit and expects to close the offering on Thursday.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to prepay certain outstanding term loans and general corporate purposes, according to Ferguson.
