07:29 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ferrari (RACE) said Wednesday it is introducing its new Ferrari Hypersail project, a research and development platform for competitive sailing.

The project aims to leverage Ferrari's engineering team in collaboration with nautical experts to design a 100-foot flying ocean racing monohull prototype, the first of its size to be use only solar, wind, and kinetic energy, the company said.

The yacht is scheduled to launch in 2026, the company said.
