08:44 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferrari N.V ( RACE ) said on Monday that it plans to offer unsecured debt securities in benchmark size, subject to market conditions.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

The notes are intended to rank 'pari passu' with respect to all other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company, Ferrari ( RACE ) said in a statement.
