Ferrari Prices Notes Offering Due May 2030

02:39 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ferrari ( RACE ) said Tuesday it has priced its offering of 500 million euros ($541.1 million) of notes due in May 2030 at 99.677% of the principal amount.

The company said the notes have a fixed annual coupon of 3.625%.

Ferrari ( RACE ) said it will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company rose 1.2% in recent trading.

Price: 410.66, Change: +4.93, Percent Change: +1.22
