04:41 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Feutune Light Acquisition ( FLFV ) said late Thursday it has extended the period for consummating an initial business combination by one month to a new deadline of May 21.

The company's charter allows for monthly extensions until Dec. 21 for completing an initial business combination by depositing into its trust account $60,000 for each month of extension, the blank check company said.
