05:26 PM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) said Tuesday it priced a $500 million public offering of 6.250% senior notes due 2034.

The company said it expects to close the offering on Friday.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and general corporate purposes, according to F&G.
