04:39 AM EDT, 03/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) said late Thursday it priced a public offering of 8 million common shares at $35 each.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million shares.

Fidelity National Financial ( FNF ) , F&G's majority shareholder, will purchase 4.5 million shares from the underwriters at a price paid by the underwriters of $33.60 apiece, the company said.

The offering, expected to close Monday, will generate proceeds for general corporate purposes.
