F&G Annuities & Life Unit Launches $250 Million Senior Notes Tender Offer

09:49 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- F&G Annuities & Life ( FG ) said Monday that its Fidelity & Guaranty Life Holdings unit has launched a cash tender offer for up to $250 million worth of its 5.50% senior notes due 2025.

The tender offer will expire on June 18, unless Fidelity & Guaranty Life Holdings extends it or terminates it early, the company said.
