Fidelis Insurance Prices Secondary Share Offering

04:47 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelis Insurance Holdings ( FIHL ) said late Wednesday a secondary public offering of 9 million shares by certain shareholders was priced at $16 per common share.

The selling shareholders have granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close on May 28, subject to customary conditions. Fidelis said it is not selling any shares and will not receive any of the proceeds.

Price: 16.79, Change: +0.04, Percent Change: +0.24
