05:31 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelis Insurance ( FIHL ) said late Monday that certain shareholders launched a secondary public offering of 9 million Fidelis common shares.

The selling shareholders plan to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 1.35 million additional shares.

The company's shares were down 4.3% in after-hours activity.
