04:46 PM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelity Bank said late Friday it has completed its acquisition of Affinity Bancshares ( AFBI ) and its Affinity Bank unit.

Affinity shareholders will receive $23 per share in cash, Fidelity said, adding that there will be no adjustment to the merger amount based on Affinity's adjusted shareholders' equity.
