04:33 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelity National Financial ( FNF ) said Wednesday it acquired commercial operations of First Nationwide Title Agency, which is a division of AMT Commercial Title Services and a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services.

As part of the acquisition, FNTA's key commercial leadership team will join FNF, the company said.
