Fidelity National Forms Stablecoin Partnership With Circle Internet Unit

04:48 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelity National Information Services ( FIS ) said late Monday it formed a new partnership with a Circle Internet Group ( CRCL ) subsidiary to allow financial institution customers transact in USDC stablecoin.

Under the partnership, the FIS infrastructure solutions, including the recently launched FIS Money Movement Hub, will integrate with Circle's stablecoin functionality. FIS said it will also integrate its real-time payments and fraud detection services with Circle's blockchain-native infrastructure.

Circle Internet ( CRCL ) shares were up 1.3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
