Fidelity National Information Services' Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Provides Q1, Full Year Guidance

07:20 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fidelity National Information Services ( FIS ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.40 per diluted share, up from $0.94 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.36.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.60 billion compared with $2.51 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.63 billion.

For Q1, the company expects adjusted diluted earnings of $1.17 to $1.22 per share on revenue of $2.49 billion to $2.51 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $1.28 per diluted share on revenue of $2.57 billion.

The company expects 2025 adjusted diluted earnings of $5.70 to $5.80 per share on revenue of $10.44 billion to $10.50 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $5.73 per diluted share on revenue of $10.60 billion.

FIS shares fell more than 5% in premarket trading.
