PORTICELLO, Italy, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Italian rescue
divers have recovered a body from the wreck of the family yacht
of British tech magnate Mike Lynch that sank on Monday, a
Reuters video showed on Thursday, the fifth to have been
recovered since a day ago.
On Wednesday, divers retrieved four bodies from the wreck,
which were transported to nearby hospitals in the city of
Palermo. They were not officially identified.
The yacht sank during an intense storm on Monday with 22 on
board, though 15 people, including Lynch's wife, managed to
escape. The body of the onboard chef, Canadian-Antiguan national
Recaldo Thomas, was found near the wreck hours after the
disaster, leaving six people unaccounted for at the time.
Operations resumed early on Thursday for the last body
trapped in the vessel, which lay at a depth of almost 50 metres
(55 yards).
