Fifth District Bancorp Reports Stock Repurchase Plan

04:18 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fifth District Bancorp ( FDSB ) said late Monday it has authorized a stock repurchase program for up to almost 556,000 shares, representing 10% of its outstanding shares.

Shares of the company were up about 1% in after-hours trading.
