05:17 AM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Figma ( FIG ) and Motiff said late Tuesday they have mutually agreed to resolve their intellectual property disputes in the US and Singapore.

Under the settlement agreement, Motiff will stop selling its current Motiff Editor Tool and will not sell any future products derived from it worldwide, with the exception of China.

The company may continue to sell its current Motiff Editor Tool for one year in China. The company has also agreed to reimburse Figma's ( FIG ) legal expenses, the companies said.
