Financial Institutions Launches Stock Offering

05:31 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Financial Institutions (FISI) said Wednesday it started an underwritten public offering for an unspecified amount of its common shares.

The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase additional shares, the company said.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Shares of the company were down more than 2% in recent after-hours activity.
