Firan Technology Group to Provide Cockpit Assemblies for De Havilland Canada Aircraft

05:17 PM EST, 01/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Firan Technology Group ( FTGFF ) said after trade Wednesday De Havilland Aircraft of Canada picked the company to supply updated cockpit control assemblies for the new DHC-515 aerial firefighting aircraft.

"This contract highlights Firan's ( FTGFF ) ability to provide high-quality, Canadian-made components for a critical Canadian-built aircraft," vice president of business development Peter Dimopoulos said.

Deliveries will begin this year to support the production of the amphibious aircraft, the company said, adding that the design, development, and production of key control assemblies will take place at its Aerospace Toronto facility.

Firan ( FTGFF ) shares closed down $0.02 to $7.36 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
