12:34 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Firebird, a San Francisco-based AI cloud and infrastructure company, announced a $500 million investment in Armenia after receiving US export authorization to build an advanced AI data center powered by Nvidia's ( NVDA ) Blackwell GPUs and Dell Technologies' ( DELL ) PowerEdge servers.

"This is the initial phase of a multibillion-dollar megaproject to bring high-capacity AI supercomputing infrastructure to the region," Firebird said Thursday in a statement.

Phase one is expected to go online in H1 2026.
