Firefly Aerospace Increases IPO Price Range to $41-$43

01:42 PM EDT, 08/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Firefly Aerospace (FLY) said in a Monday filing that it is increasing the expected price of its initial public offering of 16.2 million shares to between $41 and $43 apiece from the previous price range of $35 to $39.

Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under a credit agreement, to pay any accrued and unpaid dividends on certain series of its preferred stock, and for general corporate and working capital requirements, the company previously announced.

Firefly Aerospace also previously said it has applied for the listing of its common shares on Nasdaq under the "FLY" ticker and expects to provide a 30-day option to the underwriters to buy an additional 2.43 million of its common shares.
