11:11 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Firefly Neuroscience has appointed David Johnson as its executive chairman following completion of its planned merger with WaveDancer ( WAVD ) , Firefly Neuroscience said Tuesday.

Johnson formerly held roles as executive chairman, chairman, and chief executive at Enveric Biosciences ( ENVB ).

Stockholders of WaveDancer ( WAVD ) and Firefly Neuroscience have approved a merger agreement, and both companies are progressing towards meeting final closing conditions, Firefly Neuroscience said.
