First American Financial Prices $450 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:19 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- First American Financial ( FAF ) said late Monday it has priced a public offering of $450 million of its 5.45% senior notes due 2034.

The offering is expected to close Sept. 30.

The company plans to use net proceeds from the sale of the notes for the repayment at maturity of the company's 4.60% senior notes due 2024, as well as for general corporate purposes.
