First American Uranium Adds Ex-politician Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Mining Veteran Joseph Carrabba to Board

10:21 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First American Uranium ( FAUMF ) , down 4.2% on last look, said Tuesday Kerry-Lynne Findlay and Joseph Carrabba have joined the Board of Directors.

Findlay, a former federal cabinet minister, served as Canada's national revenue minister, associate minister of national defence, and parliamentary secretary to justice.

Carrabba is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Cliffs Natural Resources, where he served in executive capacities from 2005 to 2013.

First American is down $0.06, to $1.36, on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
