First American Uranium Appoints Clyde McMillan as Vice President of Exploration

08:54 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First American Uranium ( NIOMF ) on Wednesday named Clyde McMillan as the company's vice president of exploration.

McMillan is a professional geologist and has worked with Azimut Exploration ( AZMTF ) and Osisko Mining (OSK.TO), followed by three years in a senior technical position at Benz Mining ( BENZF ) .

Shares of the company closed down 8.8% to $1.24 on Tuesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
