First Andes Silver Increases Private Placement to $1.35 Million From $1 Million

07:47 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Andes Silver ( MSLVF ) after markets closed on Tuesday said it increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement to $1.35 million from $1 million

The company is selling 13.5 million units at $0.10 each, up from a previously announced 10 million units. Each unit will continue to include one common share of the company and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at $0.15 per share for a period of two years from the date of issue.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to expand the current drill program at the Santas Gloria silver property and as general working capital.
