First Busey Gets US Federal Reserve Approval to Buy CrossFirst Bankshares

09:59 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Busey ( BUSE ) said Friday it has received clearance from the US Federal Reserve to buy by merger CrossFirst Bankshares ( CFB ) .

Busey and CrossFirst have obtained shareholder approval for the deal, First Busey ( BUSE ) said.

The companies expect to close the holding company merger on March 1, the company said.

Price: 23.21, Change: +0.35, Percent Change: +1.53
