First Capital REIT Declares a $0.074 Cash Distribution For June

05:13 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Capital REIT (FCR-UN.TO) after close of trade Monday declared a cash distribution of $0.074167 per unit for the month of June.

This is consistent with May's cash distribution.

According to a company statement, this represents $0.89 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on July 15 to unitholders of record on June 30.
