05:10 PM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- First Capital REIT (FCR-UN.TO) said Monday it will make a cash distribution of $0.072 per REIT unit for the month of July, representing approximately $0.86 per REIT unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution will be paid on Aug. 15 to unitholders of record on July 31, and is consistent with the June cash distribution.

First Capital owns, operates and develops grocery-anchored, open-air shopping centers.
