First Citizens BancShares to Provide Up to $400 Million for WhiteHawk Funds

12:53 PM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- First Citizens BancShares (FCNCA) said Tuesday it will provide up to $400 million in combined financing to the WhiteHawk Fund IV and WhiteHawk Evergreen Fund.

The funds are managed by WhiteHawk Capital Partners.

Shares of First Citizens BancShares fell 2% in recent trading Tuesday.
