First Commonwealth Financial's Q1 Core Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises

08:51 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Commonwealth Financial ( FCF ) reported Q1 core earnings Tuesday of $0.32 per diluted share, down from $0.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.32.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $118.5 million compared with $116.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $117.4 million.

Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in recent premarket trading.
