07:47 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Foundation ( FFWM ) said Monday that it had appointed Parham Medhat as chief operations officer of its subsidiary, First Foundation Bank.

In his new role, the company said Medhat will oversee the bank's enterprise operations, technology, and delivery infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with strategic growth objectives.

Medhat previously served as chief operations officer at Nano Banc, where he was responsible for treasury management, deposit operations, IT, facilities, and project management, it added.
