05:26 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Nordic Metals ( FNMCF ) after close of trade Wednesday said it is raising up to $10 million in a best-efforts offering of share units.

The company will place up to 27-million units priced at $0.37 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.55.

Proceeds from the sale of the units will be used for exploration at its properties in Sweden and Finland, and general working capital and corporate purposes.

The company's shares closed trading up $0.005 to $0.41 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
