08:46 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Watch Restaurant Group ( FWRG ) reported Monday a preliminary fiscal Q4 same-store sales decline of 0.3% compared with the same period a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect a fall of 1.6%.

The company said it now expects preliminary fiscal 2024 same-store sales for the period ended Dec. 29 to be 0.5% lower than the year earlier, compared with its previous guidance for a 1% decline.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a 0.8% decline.

Shares of the company were down more than 3% in recent Monday premarket activity.
