First Watch Restaurant Shareholders Launch Secondary Common Stock Offering

04:37 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- First Watch Restaurant Group ( FWRG ) said late Wednesday that certain funds managed by Advent International launched a secondary offering of 5 million common shares of First Watch.

The company said it's not selling any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the transaction.
