The launch follows a pilot where residents in 900 communities used the tool to get instant answers to their questions. With a 90% first-contact resolution rate, HODA sets the industry standard for resident responsiveness, the company said.
Residents can ask HODA about account balances, service requests, amenity bookings, community documents, and more. The assistant responds in any language and is available 24/7 to all communities managed by FirstService Residential.
