09:08 AM EDT, 05/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- FirstService ( FSV ) said Thursday that its subsidiary Century Fire Protection has acquired GSC Fire & Security and Titan Fire Protection, expanding services in Texas and Florida.

Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Austin-based GSC provides fire alarm installation, sprinkler inspection and repair and monitoring services in the Austin and San Antonio areas, while Tampa-based Titan specializes in sprinkler installation and retrofit services across Central Florida, the company said.

FirstService ( FSV ) said the management teams of both businesses have retained minority equity stakes and will continue to oversee daily operations.
