08:26 AM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FirstService ( FSV ) said Tuesday that its subsidiary Century Fire Protection recently acquired two fire sprinkler companies. Deal terms were not disclosed.

Century Fire acquired Alabama-based Citadel Fire Sprinkler, which provides fire sprinkler design and installation services to clients in Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi.

The subsidiary also acquired Sentry Fire Protection, a North Carolina-based company that provides sprinkler installation and inspection services.

"These additions continue to advance Century's strategy of enhancing its scale in existing markets and filling in geographic gaps adjacent to our current operations," Century CEO Scott Tutterow said. "We welcome the teams at Citadel and Sentry to our organization and look forward to partnering with their strong operators to drive further growth in our fire sprinkler suppression capabilities."
