08:27 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FirstService ( FSV ) said Thursday that its Century Fire Protection unit has acquired Utah-based fire safety firms TST Fire Protection and Alliance Fire & Safety.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

FirstService ( FSV ) said both parties' current management teams will remain in place and retain minority ownership stakes.

TST is based in Salt Lake City while Alliance is headquartered in St. George, FirstService ( FSV ) said.
