FirstService Unit Roofing Corp of America Acquires Florida, California Businesses

08:06 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FirstService ( FSV ) said Wednesday that its unit, Roofing Corp of America, had acquired Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal and A-1 All American Roofing.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The current management teams of both businesses will continue to oversee their operations while holding minority equity interests, the company said.

The two acquisitions, one based in Florida and the other in southern California, increase Roofing Corp's presence in US Sun Belt markets, the company said.
