07:49 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FiscalNote Holdings ( NOTE ) said Tuesday that it has completed the divestment of its TimeBase subsidiary in Australia to Thomson Reuters ( TMSOF ) for $6.5 million.

FiscalNote ( NOTE ) said the deal will strengthen its balance sheet and help the company achieve positive free cash flow, according to the statement.

Shares of FiscalNote ( NOTE ) were 2.4% higher in premarket trading.
