09:17 AM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fiserv ( FISV ) issued Thursday its medium-term financial outlook and said it expects adjusted earnings per share to grow in the double-digit range for 2027 to 2029.

Adjusted earnings are expected to exceed $12 by 2029. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $12.64.

The company also projected adjusted revenue to grow 4% to 6% annually from 2026 through 2029, and adjusted operating margins to exceed 37% in 2029.

For 2026, the company reaffirmed its outlook for adjusted and organic revenue growth of 1% to 3% and adjusted EPS of $8.00 to $8.30. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $8.13.

Shares of Fiserv ( FISV ) were up more than 1% in premarket activity Thursday.
